02 p5
It turns out I have had the Protege for more than 3 years, and I have never shown any pictures of it..... well plus I have a new camera and I needed an excuse to use it. It looks like it has lost a little gloss to the paint, but I still like it as much as the day I bought it. So here are a few pics of the car from over the last couple years.

I like the lowered look of yours. Mine is blue too, but at the stock height.

Looks like you also ditched the yellow fog lenses and chromed out the Mazda logo - both good choices imo.

Yea I liked them both at first. I kinda wouldn't mind the yellow fogs again, but not the black emblem.

I actually sanded the black off of the emblem and it took away some of the finish underneath so the emblem now looks kinda tarnished. I then clear coated it. Turned out kinda cool.

Awesome man, it always looks good! can't wait for the boost!
Money is tight for me, thats why mine is still not lowered..??

wow my 2 favorite car model's together..the midnight blue p5 and the first gen is300...gives me goosebumps

Are they the Progress springs for Protege or Protege5 specific? Protege version is 2.0/2.0, but PR5 version is 1.5/1.5 drop. Looks to me to be much more than a 1.5/1.5, so I'm just curious.

Both cars actually share the same part number from progress, however everywhere I have seen showed a different height difference depending on the vehicle being a sedan or hatchback. That being said, my car definitely lowered more in the range of 2 inches, rather than the 1.5 they claim.

which one handles better the tsx or p5

The P5 for sure. The TSX is a pig, it's a little sloppy in the corners and you can tell its heavy. The nice part is the power it has to make up for the weight. It is better then most Honda products I have driven though. Like the Protege, its only mod is Eibach springs so its a pretty good comparison.

Glad to hear it!

You have to come to the next TFM/hellapractical meet.

Yea for sure. I would have been there on the 6th, but I had to drive to Jacksonville that afternoon and didn't want to make a 2 hour drive into 4 by going out to St. Cloud first!

When do meets usually happen?
