No thanks on chrome, i'm not interested in chrome. I personally think the wheels are pretty tasteful on the car, nothing too extreme or boring.

It should already be a fact in life that free doesn't always mean "best".

My grandma had to wait 8 months for a hearing aide. That's not what I call good health care. I'd rather pay and have access to better doctors and sooner care.

oh, i know. you're right man. their health care is less than stellar for sure. but ours isn't that great either and we have to pay top dollar for it.

Trust me I was pissed when I went to the dealership and was like wtf is with all these shiny MS3 wheels and why are my boring flat grey??

I had that feeling for a couple of days after too. I also liked the piano black interior, the white needles on the cluster of the 2008.5 models. In retrospect, I could have waited a few more months and gone with the 2008.5 Metro Grey as white is a b**** to keep clean!

a bit of a pity when I picked up my red speedo, 2 wks later 08.5 comes out with mp3 and gunmetal rims, I personally don't see the big deal over it anyway I prefer the lighter silver colour as is, any new acuras and many new cars are rocking gunmetal these days...if I were to change my wheels they would be completely black.

LOL I had no idea the States didn't get this on their 2008.5's+.. Yea, I offered $100 ontop of trading my rims in the Toronto area about 2 weeks ago before seeing this thread. No bite yet. My target was to find something that wanted to powdercoat their rims. And why waste a perfectly good set of polished ones, where you can paint mine and make 100 bucks

I really want those "millenium" wheels or at least some wheel paint that comes close. I think they call that finish "Hyper-silver" like the BMW M3.

These smoked, millenium or whatever you want to call them wheels are standard on all 08.5 & 09 MS3's here in Canada. It's the fast way to tell if it's a 07/08 or 08.5/09 model year.

I was thinking of doing the Millenium Gray like this....I can get them powdercoated that color for $90 per wheel. Do you think it's worth it? I'm thinking of doing it now while I have the winter shoes on her.

What color / tone would be best on a CWP MS3 with ting?
