okay so heres the story, bout 2 years ago i hit i 2 ft section of road where the city or something was reburying wires under the road, it wasnt marked or anything and i slammed into it. Immediate damage was 2 bulged tires that i immediatly replaced, i took it in to a tire shop and the noted that i had 2 bent rims, i replaced those. Now this spring i put back on my good rims and tires for the summer and AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS my steering wheel shakes! imagine how pissed i am, i know it cant be a cv boot or anything like that because all winter w/ my steel rims and blizzaks i got nothing no shake at all. so i took the car into mazda and they couldnt find anything wrong with the car or tires etc!

while working on putting in my front motor mount this morning i happened to look at my driver side front tire and what do i see... well i let you guys be the judge...

Looks like a bent rim. It doesn't look too bad and you may be able to take it to a tire shop to have it straightened out.

Bent wheel

Check the Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists website. If they have a franchisee near you it should be fixable ... but it may cost $150. They should not have to remove the tire. If you need a replacement, check with Blackburns Hubcap and Wheel.

I used to install tires and rims at a previous job and that doesn't look bad at all. Any competent repair shop should be able to straighten that out for you.
