Where else can you see a bunch of Mazdas on an active valcano. (rockon)

As for helping out the washington forum... Seems like the PacNW auto-club / performance / car... whatever you wanna call it "scene" is pretty spread out... Different forum for every city.. each of which are pretty small and inactive...

We had awsome turn-out this last weekend... Could have been better... I'm sure a few people "would" have gone... but decided not to thinking it would be lame... Live and learn i guess =) The'll be at the next one i'm sure... just like the rest of us.

Anyway... Looking forward to future meets...

I posted a link to this in their meet thread.

We were talking about trying to do something at Sykart in the near future.

I really think we need to try to find a better way to organize/integrate. it is indeed rather scattered. All of the different models generally have thier own home forums, alot of the clubs are full of aholes or jsut otherwise ppl many would rather not associate with, etc etc. WE'll have to figure something out. But int he meantime, our multiforum jumping ways seemed to have worked. not sure howmany if any of the rest of you were at that XXX rootbeer meet thing last summer, but that was an even bigger turnout. all of those GTX guys were WAY cool cats with some sweet cars to boot.

We need to make a NW Mazda Club website with a very small forum on it, specifically for the NW people IMO. What say ye? Nothing to replace whats here, just for meets and local info and such.

I can see if I can set up another forum... I currently have another one for off-site stuff (www.studiosp.net/unichip).

I would be concerned it'd never get checked though, I'm sure it would be very slow.

Whoever is organizing the event should post on whatever forum they want to show. However, all the details will get so spread out. Like even on here, we have the WA and OR thread about it. So I guess I have no good suggestion.

damn looks like fun, damn car shows taking up my time. nice pics

You took my thoughts man. I was just thinking that. Well the one thing that is different on this forum than the mazda3forum is that on here we have a seperate Oregon and Washington while on the other one it's a all N.W forum.
Somehow we need a meeting of a small group to get this started, some from Wshington and some from Oregon .I'm game to help in anyway possible.
Hey Clancy and Ben-we all live pretty close to eachother so maybe we can get a beer and figure some stuff out soon

Well, by doing a small website/forum thing, you could set up a NW Events calender on the main page or somewhere that lists all the PIR, Woodburn, and Seattle track days. Then list all show events, and Mazda club specific stuff. We could also include *cough*boise*cough*.

lol

But seriously, that would be more of a benefit for the NW crew than a forum even IMO. However, having a board for communication is essential for any site.

Couldn't make the one last summer but I will be up in Redmond on 7/14 & 7/15 to see Wdespread play at Marymoor so I'll be free early afternoon on the 15th to meet anybody to discuss and swap info.

Surely!

I vote on either a place having a tv with a race , or titties in my face.

(Hooters hits both those spots.)
