Better. I would redraw the tires--your lines are inconsistent with the actual structure of a tire.

Another suggestion: don't use photoshop Photoshop really isn't the best program for this type of thing. I would use illustrator or Flash. Illustrator will let you tweak your lines much easier than photoshop.

yeah illustrator is definetly the way to go for precision because of its bezier handles. I just use Flash because it's what I'm fastest at. Illustrator is probably faster once you get used to it.
