Your Smokin Crack why the hell would you put on 3 1/2 inch pipe on a P5 from the Cat Back? It's not a 350 ya know.... With 3 1/2 inch from cat back on a P5 your car would be slower than stock!!!! You would have NO Back Pressure! (Nice Try though) :bs:

What's the offset of those wheels? The 18's that is. Don't you all get too excited now. Don't put these on if they don't have the right offset.

I'll check my books tommorrow or call on Monday and make sure. I'm sure one of you guys already knows so please indulge us.

Offset is 42mm for the 5 spoke rims 17 and 18 inch. The 7 spoker is 40mm for the 18 incher.

the 17 with +42 is the only one that will work on a P5 with the use of 205/40/17's which is undersizing the diameter of the tire. In other words, your acceleration might be slightly better but you will lose top end. THe other compromised factor is slight fuel economy.

these rims are a 45mm off set regardless what any one else says about these particular ones .. the Motegi MR7 18 inch wheels are 45 mm offset (per the box that they came in)

per previous post the proper tires are 215/35/18 for the MP5

THEY WILL STILL RUB AT A +45 offset. The sure way to check offsets is to look around the back of the spokes or the wheel pad. It should be somewhere in there. I will call on Monday and get a definite answer.

This is what i'm basing info on:

They show a 7" width and +40. This will not work. Make sure to look at the back of the wheel.
