PG Manifold installed

Yeah, unfortunately I had already put it on the vehicle when I saw the email. It was cake to grind down and get everything smooth. It was mainly one exhaust port. Sorry about not getting any pictures Ken. I love the manifold BTW. I only have one question. It seemed like there was 1/16 of an inch clearance from the farthest left side exhaust runner to the rubber hose on the intercooler. I went ahead and added some shims to where the intercooler mounts to raise it a little higher, giving me just that | | much more clearance. Which brings me to the question. Is it safe to have them run that close together?

if it does not touch there should not be any problem. regardless, i will send you a higher temp resistant and slightly differently angled coupler should the need or desire arise for you.

How long did the install take? Would buying a CS DP and PG manifold and installing them at the same time make the install easier? I have no problem undertaking this myself as I'm fairly competent with installing parts. Just need an idea on the above questions.

yes. i installed dp and later wished I had done Exhaust mani at same time. oh well

installing turbo, downpipe and manifold altogether is easier and by far generates the best gains

in our experience it takes about two to three hours to install the manifold on a mazdaspeed3. little less on the mazdaspeed6.

Has anyone had any cracking issues with these? My roomate has a Speed 3 and is looking at the DNP manifold from S U and PG as well as watching the progress on the Medieval manifold.
