PG hks ssqv kit question

does the kit from protegegarage come with the recirc fitting?
i know it's direct bolt on.

even with the 7% off pg's price is within 3bucks of SU's blackfriday sale.

any diff between the cpe and su hks kits? su one is 20 bucks more...
i dont want to deal with the snap ring, just want to unbolt, and bolt and go
