yep...s*** take him up on the offer or just buy the piping kit and source your own intercooler core to have a fmic kit for ways less......i have seen cores for less then $100 in the right size..which means that u could have a fmic kit for $350
Im just answering axis's question....Im just open and honest and dont hide anything..im not that guy.
On a side note if he would have said 500 or 525..heck prabaly 550 id still would have been up for it. Thats still reasonable price compared to other ms3 fmic's on the market. I ask the man what he would sell it to me for, and thats the price he gave it to me for. Pure and simple...if anyone else wants to "ask" then feel free to pm Ken....All Im doing is trying to buy a fmic for my car and get the best deal while im at it..nothing less or nothing more.

T Bolts are an option with the kit
we are presently using a delta fin core. if i am not mistaken CP-e does as well. a few notes on delta fin cores;
Delta fin intercoolers are made with trapazoidal cores, every other core flipped over. Essentially looks like every other fin space funnels more air into the space, and the next space gets normal airflow. The funneled channel has tighter packed fins, the other spaces get loosely packed fins. In theory you maximize efficiency by maximizing air velocity, as it causes less turbulance. Claims are made that they are as much as 50% lighter and 10% more efficient.
now, of course, the internet is full opinions and ultimately it comes down to what one chooses to believe and results.

Just paid for my Kit. Im happy man nowKen was standup guy as usual. I have heard great things about Delta intercoolers and yes Cp-e also uses Delta type...other than that I dont know too much, Anyways unbeatable price for a great product

Just checked UPS, my core is in transit now. I already have the couplers. Now all I will need from Ken is the pipes. He told me at OCC that he'd have them out early this week. Can't wait, and yes Ken gave me a fantastic price. Hoping to install next weekend.
