Performance Parts

So far, I have been unable to find any performance parts online. I have a Blue MP3 that is completely stock and desperately in need of some horsepower. I see that must of you have already found parts. Where at? Help and Thanks.

If your engine breaks then your dealer has to prove that the mod you added caused the piece to break.

I think ANY internal work voids the warrenty unless the dealer does it(Costs out the ass) But I might be wrong, it might still void your warrenty.

Simple "Bolt Ons" are a pretty safe bet, anything else would be pushing it.

Where did you find your Zex Nitrous System at. Is it made especially for our engines? Are you running a 50 shot?

I bought my ZEX Kit from a guy on www.probetalk.com They were doing a Group Buy and I got a good deal on it. The kit is a universal kit made for most fuel injected cars. The kit number is #82011, get the plugs too if you get the kit #82003-4
Yes I am running a 55shot for the fact that we have no way of retarding our timing without an aftermarket ingition system like MSD. Plus the engine's strenth is not yet known, so I don't want to push it too hard.

as many people have posted before, nothing you do to your car will void the waranty. but, for example, if you get a turbo and tear up the tranny, your not going to be able to claim it under warranty becuase the tranny wasn't ment to have that much power. anyways, the same with anything you do-they have to prove that the mod caused the problem to not fix it.

I think he was joking when he posted that. I wouldn''t go as far to that nothing you do will void your warranty.

Say I put lowering springs on the car...will that void the warranty? What kind of springs would you suggest? I was thinking of maybe some adjustables. Would the ride quality be alot "rougher" than it is now?

You are right...any mods kills the warranty....but most dealerships are cool and do understand exhaust wont hurt the car...headers and turbos be careful....
I still have all stock....I am going to wait at least a year before i mod...why? because the car is to new and in time, especially when the seema show comes around next year there will be lots of good quality stuff..Right now they really dont know what is good for our car.....Everyone else can be the ginny pig....
