last wednesday this dude rear ends me while i was on the way to work. So he's like "can we avoid insurance blah balh" so i was like fine, he gave me his business card and told me he was going to call me. well he never called me so i called him and his cell phone allegedly died. So i called his house, talked to his wife, and she was like yeah he'll call you when he gets home...well he never called!!! so i call again, talk to his son, i ws like "hey is *insert name here* here?" he said no so i told him who i was and left him 2 numbers...the bastard calls me back saying iwas rude to his son(i was very nice, i had no reason to be rude) and says "i'm not admitting it" now and s***, and then he rants about something and gets b****y and hangs up on me..so i'm like whatever. He calls back later with a deputy at his house and i talked to the deputy and he's like are you harassing these people i'm like "no i'm not i called him twice, this asshole called me and hung up on me whatever" so the deputy put the asshole back on the phone and he's like we'll just do this thru insurance blah blah and hangs up...now i know i don't have his info, so i'm filing small claims on his ass. i work in courts, i've seen the s***, and judging by the evidence i'm giong to have, i know i'm going to win...i just hope the ****** doesn't show up so they'll make it a lean and it'll **** his credit up.... lol sorry i have no idea why i'm telling all of you this, none of you know me, but i had to rant cuz my prote has big ass marks in the bumper...god i'm dumb, i shouda just called the cops, but i'm not too worried, i know i can win the case, plus i work downtown anyways so it's not like it's a waste of a trip...i'm already down there. but still whatever sorry about ranting people.
people are assholes and i am dumb.

Who was this deadbeat? A local Lincolm Mercury dealer and daughter was driving one of the dealerships cars and she wasn't covered by the dealership's insurance.

Man, that asshole? He was probably mesmerized at how amazing your car was..he couldn't stop staring at it, and the next thing he knew, he hit you. Sucks when your car is awesome, doesn't it? , and like when he was really getting closer I turn hard right and step on the gas in 1st and moved to the other lane, and this stupid almost didn't stop....!
He barely made it not to hit me and mainly because I moved....
MAN...! I don't know if this dude was tired after installing who-knows how many satellite dishes, but WTF ...!
Any way, just my own story, so once again, I hope you nail this M.F., get his money, and buy some cool stuff for your car... and by the way, I hope your insurance co. makes him pay the court expenses...!!!

some chick rear-ended my freinds car and fled. he had to chase her on the freeway and take digital pics of her car and license plate. I think it's all been said (If not here, before)!
But just a word to the wise - even if they want to settle out of court you should still report it to your insurance company on the spot.
This way you have the backing of a large insurnace company with far more powerful resources than yourself if something doesn't turn out right.
It won't affect your insurance rates either.
Also, get the guys info!!

i was a damn idiot for not getting a police report. I have his name, phone number, address, etc.(well i got his address cuz i looked up his name and matched it with his number since there's 3024803294823 people with his name), his work address, his cell phone, but in the end it all goes civil. I'll probably lose, but dammit i'll try. Civil is basically proponderance(i think that's how it's spelled) of the evidence, I think i can prove more than him. But most of it's based on heresay bulls***, and i've never seen or been thru civil proceedings, only criminal. But I think it's winnable. GOD IM AN IDIOT!
