Kidding, sucks man here's a free bump, I hope it gets worked out
Kza, tell him to clear his cookies and come on as a guest, and then see if he can log back in. If it messes up tell him to clear cookies again and make a new username to come back on untill his gets fixed


Clear Cookies go to
Tools/Internet Options - and hit Delete Cookies
This will make it where ALL his website are cleared like his logins and stuff if he doesn't want to do that then ...he'll have to go in and delete the cookie manually (not hard)
