Paint repair question

I have a 2 small scratchs on the bottom of the bumper of my car, its tiny but it goes all the way down to the plastic, it was caused from the chain of a tow truck (long story). But the tow truck company offered to repair the damage themselves but I was wondering if they would do the same job as Mazda would do if I brought it to them.

Thanks

The tow truck company is doing the paint job themselves?
I'm guessing that they would pay to get it done somewhere else.

Just find out where the tow truck company wants to get it fixed and see if they are reputable.

They have their own body shop. Mazda Roadside called the company, so they sent a field investigator to check out the damage. The guy told me if I had it done at this body shop, then he would check it out before I got it back to make sure it was done correctly.

Im just curious if both places would do the same job. I remember on my last car I had repair paint done at a body shop and you could see that it was far from perfect.

Actually, the chains shouldn't have even been under the car. The front bumper has this circle thing off to the front right of the bumper, it is where you can screw in a tow hook to avoid these damages.
