does anyone here know of any products that will hook up to the stock horn where it can be used as a pa system? for example, when cops need to say something to someone outside their cars, they use their radio handheld to talk through the horn. all i have found are cb radios and im not going to use the actually radio frequency. if any of you guys know of something that will just perform this task, it would be great. thanks

i don't think the stock horn is up to the task of transmitting sounds more complex than a beeeeeeeep. damn thing is like a piezo buzzer 
i think pep boys sells a setup like this in thier "rice aisle", they did it on Pimp My Ride.

Antioch is in California, a suburb of San Francisco. do you guys think it is going to be difficult to install on our three's? am i going to have to buy a new horn? im actually having a hard time trying to find systems online. if you guys can, can you hook it up with a link? thanks again

Should just be a simple 4-wire hookup. Power, ground, speaker + and speaker -. Probably the hardest part will be finding a place to locate the loudspeaker and head unit.
The factory horn can definitely not be used for the install. (boom01) Cops don't talk through the horn, they talk through the siren. The siren unit has a handset and a loudspeaker that can be used for voice announcments.

yeap well i ended up getting a cheap little cb radio that cost 40 bucks and a new horn, 25watt. not bad its pretty funny though messing with people and putting the handheld next to the speaker. just thought id let you guys know. lol. later!!!
