P5 wheels

what years did the p5 come with the chrome/polished wheels. i thought it was only 03 but maybe not

Both years had the option of polished. 02 and 03 were different wheels though.

02 have a distinct lip and the 03's are smooth

early 02 had the smoother style rim. 2002.5 and later has the more square style. All of the versions had chromed rims as an option.

yah i think both years they came in chrome polished. the '02 rims were curved, though, and the '03 ones were more flat-faced.

Just outta curiosity, why didn't you get white door edge and wheel edge guards? Black adds to the visible separation between the doors a little. Not trying to be a bastard, but I had'em put on my blue p5 (they didn't have a matching blue available), and I left the black around the wheel wells, but peeled off around the doors...

hmm...they say Mazda on them. Performance Edition, or something like that. i'll check later.

i bought it used. it's an '02, i bought this in April '05 from Carmax. and to me i kind of like the black lines there. just a personal preference i 'spose.
