P5 Suspension Upgrade Questions

Are the MSP Stock Rear Strut Mounts identical or is there a left and right?

my tokicos had each individual model # so im 99.9% sure they are not the same but the mounts are the same.

lol i dont know but possible. but the stock strut mounts looked the same. search the forum for protege parts manual and check the part #s to be 100% sure. I have the manual in pdf if you dont find it but its on my laptop and i dont have my laptop with me now.

Thanks, the floptical shows 2 numbers so I am screwed again. The drama continues.

there is some good info in this thread. I am in a similar situation right now, my p5 has 155k on it. I recently put some stock msp wheels on the car and have a set of tokico blues waiting to be put on.

I have been trying to decide on springs, but do not want a huge drop and harsh ride since I drive my car 120+ miles a day. I also have to carry around 50-60lbs of gear for work in the hatch so I was worried about being to low in the back.

looking at the spring buyers guide some of the tanabe or tein seemed decent for a mild drop and spring rates.

I was going to just do the eibach pro kit, but I think it might be to low.

how my car sits now, so it could use a drop and some wheel spacers.
The back has my work gear in it atm, but only has 1/4 tank of gas so it sits a bit higher.

any other suggestions? the racing beat seems like a good option too.

I have Stock MSP Front and Rear Springs available on my FS thread. The rear struts and springs will be available as soon as the correct Upper Mounts arrive. The fronts springs are available now. The stock swaybar will be available as soon as someone needs it.
