pretty nice on the yellow p5, but i agree, on a black car may be better?
yo fun wagon, sounds good man. i blacked out my orange markers, removed the bulbs, and put a carbon fiber sticker sheet over them, since i have cf eyelids and a cf lip. i wanna black out my head lights, but i dont know where to start? how to remove the adheasive, how to spray it, what kind of adheasive should i use to re-assemble the headlights, blah blah blah, so if anyone can help me out here, thatll be great. sorry for all the spelling errors, doesnt help to be typing on 4 hours of sleep lol. well peace out mazda ppl - chris

dont think they look terrible, but i think they would be better lookin if they didnt have that gay off a reflector in it i mean really its like a lego toy or something ....... although i know law requires cars to have an all angle reflector in the rear tail lights, but i say we need to go european, the cars in europe have a little constant running bulb that illuminates enough light to see at night when driving down a street while parked and off so it takes the place of an reflector, and it doesnt drain power from the car its low ampage like a LED light for a car alarm....way bad ass......

Crazy_D...I've also got a Black MP5, and I was considering getting a set of these and very lightly smoking them...I would do that to my factory lights, but I have a problem with modifying bits of the car that I can't put back to factory later.

Can you post some pics of your car when you get those tails installed?

Those look great, man...I'm going to need to get me some of those. My thought was to tint them just a little bit...get rid of that really shiney clear plastic, and blend in a little better with the car.

The tint would look good I think, where and what would you get to do it with? Here is another angle, not a great pic but you get the idea, I overexposed it a little bit. If you want more I can take more later.

I'm not sure about the tinting...something I would have to experiment with quite a bit before i started screwing around with $$$ taillights. I would think some kind of spray-tint would work quite well. Don't know how it would stand up to being outside...how hard do you think it would be to take apart the light and tint the inside of the plastic outer housing? It's probably glued together, or something.

The taillights are damn near impossible to take apart. They are stuck together pretty good. The pics don't do them justice, they look darken in person, I will try to get a better pic later.
