Ozzy's buying from corksport.com

atleast it's back in your price range.

also, on your email to them you are right about the customs cost, but the shipping would prob be a bit more (you'd have to go via UPS or fedex). another thing, i know they have to make a profit to make it worth their while to import the stuff etc, but they also get the goods at a far cheaper price than we pay for them. however your $2k price range is pretty spot on for the 4 bit kit.

personally, i'd see if they can match your $2k for the full kit and if not, get the bits from america....but shop around. there are many wings west vendors in america.

JUST CONTACTED ACCC - Hehehehe

WHAT I WROTE TO THE ACCC

Interested in purchasing a Wings West Body Kit for my 2003 Mazda SP20 Protege from Unreal Autosports. Found Wings West Brochure on company website.
www.unrealautosports.com/dloads/pricelists/wings_west_2004_product_pricelist_by_catogory_bodykits.pdf
Advertising MPS 4 Piece Complete Set (Product Number 890789) for $2153.00 - Page 20 of PDF brochure. I then contacted the company via email wanting more information on the product. Mr Jason Ting (Principal) replied quoting that the product was in fact $2700 and could do me a deal for $2500. Clearly violating my rights as a consumer by misleading/deceptive conduct. Is there anything else I can do? I still have all emails to/from Mr Jason Ting if needed.

I think first impressions play a big part in conducting business...especially over the net...

Remember everyone...Don't ever do business with Unreal Autosport www.unrealautosports.com (Australian Business Number 50 742 238 349)

thanks for the heads up on them
funny enuff, they are an offical sponsor on sydneymazdaclub.com

i'm still waiting for my good from corksport after waiting over 4 weeks, i'm thinking i just threw my cash at them for fun.... was supposed to be sent USPS airmail.... i would never deal with them again after this

Bought from Corksport a few times. Takes awhile to ship, but good customer service. Make sure you PHONE IN your order so you can check if it's in stock. They have a bad habit of jsut holding off on your order if something's not in stock.
