Have you tried doing a search using cargurus.com? I saw a bunch of touring editions listed in your area by a few dealers. We paid $27309 for our Touring edition w/o the preferred package. I saw several in the $25-27,000 range in DE, NJ and PA. It wasn't worth the 900+ mile round trip for me here in NH.

I have never used it Car gurus. I found mine on auto trader. Is it basically the same service?

Yes, I used that site also, as a few dealers didn't use both. It made the buying experience easy in my opinion.
