opinions needed!!!!

Ok, so Im asking for a buddy of mine (I don't own a 3) cause we were tossing around some ideas for caliper colors on his titanium 2.3, and we got kinda stumped! Sure red is always a good choice of color but everyone and their grandma got red calipershe was looking for something a little different. My initial suggestion was a PHAT, THICK, GLOSSY blackbut it wouldnt show all that much and probably wouldnt stay glossy for all that long!

So I reach to you guys for suggestionswhat have you done, what are you thinking of doing, have you painted a color you thought would be nice and in the end it wasnt?

i painted mine yellow and i love it. It also helps that the wheels are black.
It depends a lot on the wheel color, car color.

like zoomvt yellow is a good choice though would be better with darker wheels.... if he has bright/chrome wheels then black calipers would be okay i would think. but the darker the wheel the brighter the color to make it "pop" maybe blue?

my bad. then definitely yellow would look good. but im bias so whatever. even black could work if the wheels have less than 6 spokes. Blue could look good too.

people always seem to over look Brembo gold... but it depends on the color of the car

nothing painted yet...but the paint has been bought!!! We decided to go with a really dark (almost midnight) blue with metallic pearl. I have to admit i'm a little anxious to see them painted, the color will pull off the titainium's metallic finish and have a pressence cause thier blue (spin)


I'll see whats do-able in regards to getting pics here to show you guys but niether one of us has a digi cam!

BTW found a place in MTL that will match absolutly ANY color you want...they have catalogs of almost every car maker, with all the colors that the maker has ever made, PM me for info!

What type of paint did you use? How did you put the "mazda" on?
