Well I owe one big thank you to Swampass. .. Thanks to his impulsive switch to gold OZ's, I am the proud new owner of some gently used black OZ ultraleggas 18x8. I absolutely love the wheels on this car... I could not be any happier.

I have a few pics, however they are just teasers. My digital camera is ~6 years old and after each picture it off's itself for a minute or two. Needless to say that makes it tough to take good pics. I hope to have a friend with a digital SLR camera take some pics tomorrow... until then, enjoy!! (drive2)

How many mm has your ride been lowered? Did you use Mazdaspeed springs? thanks.

the car was lowered 1.1 inches. They are the roadmagnet.com springs

insanity both look great. I have been avid about keeping my stock rims til I see these two vastly improved MS3s. The red and gold is unique and just looks FAST. The black on black cannot be beat...when its clean. Mine looks like ass next to this mirror finish cause GA is called the dirty south for a reason. Clay, pollen, trees, birds, etc. I gotta wash it every two hours. Dirt does add to the sleeper look though

The black OZs are def at the top of my list of rims to buy (if I can and my wife doesn't cut my nuts off). Not a fan of gold, but to each his own!!

Any chance that someone here with the PShop skilz can change jbiird's black MS3 with black wheels to a Cosmic blue MS3 with black wheels? I am thinking about pulling the trigger on these and just need to decide on color. Too bad these dont come in a 19" in our fitment. (drinks)

lol, drool all you like, i love the compliments....I will probably paint the calipers eventually, ive been in the middle of moving and traveling for work, so "do it yourself" projects have been put on hold so i can fix up my new house/garage.

As for color, I was actually thinking of doing gold or black. I feel like with either i would have to be very careful of picking something too glossy, so a nice dull gold i thought would look good...only time will tell tho, any input on this is def welcome
