Well guys, a nasty tonado and hail storm went through Wisconsin Rapids and wrecked my 05 mazda6, 06 scion xB, and my house. The hail was softball sized and had a tornado pushing it sideways so I had hail in my house and a bunch of broken windows. i wish I could take pictures but I borrowed my camera out.

yep, been there done that. not with the house, but my p5 suffered 3600 worth of hail damage last year. and i didnt have any broken windows!! i had golf ball sized hail for a good 15-20 minutes. it was pretty bad

Dude that blows....hope all is well....get that stuff taken care of...hows the msp?

Sorry to hear.

Here in lake county, IL we had quite a bit of tree damage. A lot of debri all over the roads, yards, street lights, power outages.

Yeah, there is ton of branches everwhere. A lot of the dealers got hit too.

BTW, the msp was in the garage where it belonged. I wish I could have put my wifes 6 in there but my stupid junker truck was sitting with a whole crapload of stuff in back and no battery. The dents in our cars cannot be pushed out, they have to be replaced.

that sucks man ... was real scared down in appleton but luckily the storm split right around us.... have a cabin about 1 mile from where that bear paw resort got demolished on 55/64 by white lake(west of lakewood/mountain a half hour)

LOL, not trying to laugh but you talk exactly like a 'sconsinite

"I borrowed my camera out"

You mean you let someone borrow it? You lent it out?

I hear people say "I borrowed him money the other day", WTF does that mean? you lent him money? or you let him borrow money? Just say that damnit!!!

What about:

"I have to be to work FOR 7 o'clock"

Not at 7 o'clock? This one gets me laughing all the time

Sorry I just think it is very humorous how people speak up here since I am not originally from here:)

Now imagine being from here and hearing people from the south. I really can't stand the southern 'drawl'. But anyways...

Well I already put a new roof on my garage and siding is next. I still need to do the roof, windows, and a bunch of siding on the house as well. My wife and I decided to just trade in our damaged cars and get a CX-7.

I hear you, I know a girl with a deep southern accent and it is really annoying. It really isn't the accent up here it is the way people word things like the two I posted above.

I lived in NM and my gf at the time was from WI, she used to say she needed to go to the "time" machine and I never understood why she called an "ATM" a "time" machine.

I would ask here and she would just say thats what people called them up here. Well 4 years later we moved here and I finally figured out it isn't "time" machine, it is "tyme" machine so I guess it isn't as stupid as I thought. I still use the term ATM though.

Sorry off topic rant, carry on;)
