Old lady scrapes my car up

After putting my car away for most of the winter, I take it out this weekend because of the nice weather. I went to target today to pick up some school supplies for my niece and I purposely parked car kind of far away so that nobody bumbs my doors. As I walk toward the entrance I hear my alarm go off. When I turn around I see this old ass buick backing out of a parking spot while rubbing up against my back bumped. Then, on top of that I see the car drive away slowly. I ran back to my car and chased the buick down the street and cut it off. When I walk up to the car it was TWO OLD LADIES!. She denied that she new anything about bumping into my car. I showed the the big ass gash she left on the side and demanded that she follwed me to the police station. After everything was done she still seemed t think that she didn't do it!
Now my back bumper probably has to be repainted. I just hope they can match the paint.

I HATE OLD PEOPLE, they shouldn't be allowed to drive sometimes man, especially cause they nevere know about hitting that other car...stupid *****. One almost back into my running car the other night, I had my lights on(interior and exterior running lights) and under a lamp, and she claimed to have not seen me....I think it pissed her off that as she was about to hit my driver door, I thumped the back of her van with my hand...she was still moving till I started doing it hard and fast...stupid ****...

i simply think that you should have to pass more than an eye test to renew your license when you get old. being able to see correctly doesn't mean s*** as far as reflexes and response times are concerned. or even your ability to make judgements. i also believe we should have a graduated licensing system. sorta like video games. in order to drive or buy a certain car you must have a specific license. this would keep rich daddies from buying their brand new drivers fast expensive cars that they can't handle. it would also keep dumbasses in the slow cars that they belong in. every grade of license would require different skills and knowledge. and you would have to have every license prior to what you are trying to get in order to get the next one in line. and it would actually take real work to get one. drivers tests aren't near as challenging as they should be. i think accidents would decrease and there wouldn't be anywhere near the number of bad drivers on the road.

Atleast you got to track her down...I had an old fart hit my Accord late at night...I could hear the alarm go off in the hotel room, looked out the window and they were pulling away....Bastards....

why the hell people take responsibility for s***, people that old shouldnt care, she should have just said "yeah I hit his car" to the cops, she shouldnt care much about her insurance rates going up, she will be dead soon anyways, and I'm sure she probably has plenty of insurance money from her dead husband and Social Security anyways

She had State Farm$$$ cha-ching! The only thing that worries me is the bodyshop being able to match up my paint. I'm gonna be looking into a few bodyshops you guys mentioned before, including one matt recommended.

sucks man. but is it even worth it going through insurance? how much is your dedutable? I doubt this will be more than your deductable.
yeah I hate old people driving, you shouldn't be able to drive if you're older than 65.
