Are you saying your exhaust flange is hitting your oil pan and rubbing?

yeah guys if you're seriously worried about oil temps - get an oil cooler. either way, those w/o an oil cooler should invest in one!

There are domestic (V8) amd some oil pans with fins/"heat sinks" on the bottom to help radiate heat (i.e. more surface area).

When the prototype is finished and they have had ample time to test it, it will be available to the public. Beau wants to make sure the design works in real life like it does on paper/theory.

Pricing is going to be in the $400-$450 range.The pan will come with a new pickup.

The cost to have the flanges made,material,CNC labor is ALOT higher than expected.
Once we establish that we have a great pan that is functional, we will run a sale on the.You can expect to see prices in the $350-$375 range while on sale.

LOL.. yeah I know how CNC adds up.. machine time is often in the 100+ an hour range... so if you have a lot of linear inches of machining and require slow feed rates you end up getting into high cost. Not to mention fixturing and tight tolerance and multi-axis...

I can understand the cost. Its not just a hunk of metal!

Its worth it IMO.
