oil change on 2011 cx-7

I just found out that valvoline wants over 60 bucks to do an oil change on the cx7. So I will be doing it myself any tips? Is it a spin on filter or the cartridge type ?

Good question.. I was planning to take it to the dealer. I already pay ~$40 for and oil change on my old 2003 Pontiac. I'd feel $20 more for a 2011 and ensure better oil quality is used justifies the cost vs. the hassle of doing it yourself - unless you do have the time, which I do not
