That's because yours is an aftermarket header (looks like a Ractive maybe?) without a pre-cat. It looks like the EGR was eliminated and capped off.

You've got both O2 sensors, it's possible the main O2 senor (the top one) is on its way out.

Hmm....that is interesting.

and that looks like an ebay or OBX. I posted the Ractive below

LOOKS like you've got both 02 sensors on it. . . . but the capped off part is where there SHOULD be a little flange for the EGRyou see here attached

you can see it on the right

Wow, I'm impressed. That exhaust sounds really good. Almost like a Subie. (2thumbs)

Ineedmoarlow, I don't even remember what your question was. Your EGR is capped (like aMaff said) so you probably have a CEL for it. But it looks like you've got the non-fouler on the 2nd O2 sensor like you should.

No, there's no flange for the EGR on the exhaust manifold, it's a female threaded fitting. Which is there, and what I imagine that weird "cap" is threaded on to.

everything on the car was on it when i bough it haha so i truly dont know, i was without a car and kinda jumped on this one with out asking about all the details. but you guys are helping me alot and explaining things very well, so if there isnt an egr there then what does that mean?

and mx yours pics didnt post

are you at work? Cause they're hosted on photobucket (A lot of companies block photobucket links)

Yeah, I know. I thought the EGR was capped and that tubing was the coolant line behind the header but you're right. Both coolant lines are there, and so is the EGR hardline threaded onto the header so you're golden.

I need LOUD and still can't decide after everything :( DC sports, borla, or ....? Idk. Ideas guys? I'm the kinda person who likes to make a statement :)

If you want the rediculous hurt your ears loud buy a header off ebay and have an exhaust shop run a pipe exiting infront of your back tires with an oval tip and done. I saw a golf that did it and it looked cool but he had an actual muffler. But there's no point in wasting 600 bucks on an exhaust if you just want it to be as loud as possible. People buy and actual exhaust for the sound not the loud
