OBD not ready/not supported won't pass air test

OBD keeps showing not ready or not supported. Tried All Data drive cycle with no change. passed air test last year. Changed battery since last test. Tried disconnect and reconnect battery with repeat of drive cycle. still no change. Need to pass test to get plates by 4/30/08. Help?

Quit resetting ecu & drive it until they say ready or cel comes back that your trying to be rid of. Until then, you have not completed a drive cycle. Might take a week.

Also drive cycles are not just hoppig on the freeway and putting 100miles on it but stop n go through all gears hop on the freeway then exit etc. When I unplug my haltech and go back to stock computer for inspection it usually passes after using this method for around 50miles!

3000 mi since first air test. 1000 mi since ecu reset. driven with OBD scan attached, shows no codes. driven 400 mi/ week city/hwy.
