"Even at its most efficient power setting, the Sulzer 12 cylinder
consumes nearly 1,660 gallons of heavy fuel oil an hour."

Wonder what the MPG are on that thing?

Since its stationary, I'm guessing zero. :D

Actually, does anyone know what the heck that thing would be for? Looks like its in a factory.

those guys are idiots
NOS does work on diesel engines
I saw the guy on "Trucks" do it
(Trucks is a show on TNN for those that dont know)

yes you are correct it will work, and i saw that episode too, it was a dodge with a cummins engine in it. they also added propane injection, bigger exhaust, and several other parts made by a company called bullydog.com. They took the wheel horsepower from like 190 to well over 400, and the torque was freakin outrageous. I cant remember what it was.

he said

"propane is to diesel as nitrous is to gasoline"
"2 stroke is also non-nitrous compatable, has to be 4"

yeah i started thinking while in the shower about the 2/4 stroke deal. and that would also be correct, only for 4 stroke engines and that freaking thing is a 2 stroke beast.
