That is the Patritti GT-3 ... it was in fact at Nopi last year and won several major awards. While at Nopi last year Modified Magazine also shot a full feature on it.

As you can see it was back at Nopi again this year, and with more done (dash).

The inner door panels were also carbon fiber as well as the intake scoop that you can see running down through the back window. Oh yea and the intercooler runners were also carbon fiber...oh yea and the speaker enclosure under the bonnet. Yea I said bonnet. Don't even get me started on the intake system for this thing...it started at the front grill and channeled the air through the hood into the scoop on the roof. Totally amazing.
