i seen the wings west bumper and was like "NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" but you shaved off the "wings" so A+ to you sir. coming along nicely.
The RS he probably has there is in reference to the JDM RS Wagon and RS Sport Wagon like mine is that came with the 1.5l SVT engine. It is like the little brother 2 the Sport 20.
Check your TPS if it needs cleaning, There is a IAC switch also below the TPS that you may need to remove the Throttle body to get to and clean as well. CAI or SRI should not make that much of a difference. I have an SRI in mine, was getting some issue with the RPM dropping when the A/C was on, almost like the car would shut off. When you remove that IAC switch clean it with CRC Contact Cleaner or equivalent. You can give it just a little WD40 after (just a smidgen but I was still skeptical about that). Now I didn't have to take down my TB to get to mine but it may be that your IAC may need some more serious attention. Well I guess you know not to remove your TPS because then it would need recalibrating. I did this with my RSS Wagon with the 1.5l, ZL-VE. You could also get a diagnostic done to see if the knock sensor, or oxygen sensors are acting up as well as check the ignition coil packs. I had that issue with my other 1.6 GLX with the ZM engine. Just a suggestion.
I also want to suggest you have that Filter relocated to over the fender well so that it get's more cool air. As it is it looks like it is sucking in hot air from your fans.
like the valve cover but you got to do something to the headder heat shield...everything is coming along nicely. good job.
