now another window

Hello to all,

Have a 2009 CX9 GT, with just 60K...the back driver side window would only close half way, now the driver window will not roll down at all. The fix for the back window they told me the window would come off the railing 1/2 way down and would stop.

Now, the driver window will not roill down at all, but all the other windows will roll down. I guess this is either the window motor or switch. I asked it is could be a fuse issue and they stated a bad fuse would make none of the windows work. Is there anything else I can do to check what the problem might be?

What is the labor/parts cost if I have to:

replace the motor?

replace the door switch?

Other?

When you pay 40K+ for a car, you would expect this kind of crap not to happen...not too happy.

Hey guys,

I have searched the Forum and not found anything relevant to my questions. I did see where the Power On issue of getting the window and sunroof open discussed resetting the windows. I do not have access to my o-manual at the present time, but was wondering if the drivers window does not open, is there possibly a reset issue i could invoke or something?
