okay which SRI is more popular: COBB SRI or CPE xcel nano SRI??
i'm not asking which is better just want to know which is more popular on the speed 3's
maybe it will help me make my mind up lol

At one time..people were paying $300+ used for a cobb SRI when they were on backorder.

Why no poll? I got the CP-e Nano. I liked the looks of it better along with the mount to the battery. Didn't really care foe the COBB Blue as others did. I liked the black silicon and shiny pieces :) To get the COBB in black piping (SU), it would almost equal the price of the CP-e. And plus, I got the Dryflow filter which is easier to maintain at the expense of a few HP?

get whichever is cheaper....
BTW, the Cobb SRI is quieter due to the lake of metal in both the housing and intake pipe...
That can make a diff to some.

You are interested in a SRI but you don't want to know which is better?

no because there has been plenty of threads on that so i really don't need to ask which is better. i just wanted to know which is the more popular one.
but it doesn't matter anymore i bought the COBB SRI :D

go with the cpe, the metal maf housing/air straightener is of much better quality, and many may agree that it looks better as well. the cobb WAS more popular at one time, but thats because nothing else was available.

haha too late. idk it was something about the COBB SRI that just made me buy it.
i hope i don't regret it

And then you can add mesh to the straightener

I think the Cobb's silicone tube might do a slightly better job at keeping temps a bit lower but that’s trivial, like the CAI vs. SRI argument. I would say they both do just as well in providing a less restrictive intake path vs. the very restrictive stock air box.
