i knw i knw its nothing resembling the pro but however it is mazda based. the chassis and suspension is based off the miata.

this really shows how bad i need to drop it

I've always thought that year escort looked silly, but yours is very easy on the eyes. That kit is subtle, but effective, and makes the car look much more grouded than the "rolling lozenge" look the OEM bumper cover give the car. Well done!

Any other plans for it, other than a drop?

i've always like the zx2. if i had been in the market for a two door - which i'm not, i prefer 4 (or 5 ) door - i would have seriously looked at a low mileage zx2.

looks very nice, and i really like the paint. at least it's actually red, and not something posing as red like so many are.

Wow, that looks really nice. I was trying to sell my hubby on getting me a zx2 before I got my pro, but he managed to con me into a 4+ door car by playing the baby card and women always fall for that one.

lol i guess i was wrong dont knw why i thought it was based off the miata for some reason. yea im apart of teamzx2.com. as for anything planned other than a drop prolly not. i might not even drop it ive been looking for something new or newer. the transmissions in these cars are like glass more so the autos which is wht i have and i cant stand the auto. i dont really beat on it so i dont knw when itll go out. theres guys tht dont race and their trans goes at 45k for no reason im at 51k now. they are pretty peppy cars. i hung with a civic with I/E and im stock and i forgot to wait for second to run out. the muffler in the back is mainly because i didnt want to put a tip on the stock pipe and it sounds good to. i shifted from L to D before i hit second so i went from 1st to 3rd.
the rims are 15's i would have gone larger but they were a surprise xmas present and the tires are stock low pros which arent really low pros at all.
thanks for the comments cool to see others knw somethin about the zx2 for a change. i get mistaken for a FOCUS all the time even car dealerships when these cars were before them.
