Northern Va Mazda Club?

Just wondering if there was a Northern Va Protege/Mazda club, and if so where are the meets usually? If not who would be interested in starting a Team in the NoVa area? I'm in the Leesburg area, but am usually all around Herndon, Sterling, Reston, Centerville, Manasass, etc... Any info would be helpfull.

There's a rather large NOVA contingent. I haven't been as active lately (work), but there are often meets, picnics, and just general casual hang-out events. There should be a calender in the MEC section. Spring/Summer time things seem to pick up.

Also, there's the Mazda Sportscar Club of Washington.
Largely RX-7 and Miata owners, but there's been a large showing of Protege owners on a pretty regular basis. Most of these are also MEC folks. Monthly meetings in Tyson's Corner. Also, monthly scenic drives, a little slow-paced, but lots of fun, really cool people.

Yeah I am a member.
I go to most of the DIYs that are held at Rosenthal Mazda in Tysons.
Get to use the lifts and hang out with the mechanics
always a good time.
I don't do the scenic driving stuff
I am more of a track guy
