Upon picking up the 2021 CX9 - after the warranty work of the valve stem gasket replacement and spark plug service at about 46k miles - now there is a noise/hum when under power. It’s loud enough to hear at low speeds or after a stop light/sign without the radio on.
The best way to describe it is the noise only comes when under power - as soon as I let off the gas it goes away. It seems to be coming from the engine bay - more so the drivers side but I can’t pinpoint it as it goes away when I let off the gas. I hear it more so when we come from a stop or going slowly. Once up to highway speed - road noise is probably covering it.
