No Start After Flash

MY DEALER IS DOING THE FLASH ON MY CAR, THE SAID THEY DID IT , BUT THEY DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY AND NOW THEY CANT START IT, IT ONLY HAS THE FACTORY ALARM IN IT, WHAT COULD BE F#$%ING WRONG? ANY INPUT?

It's a good thing it's at the dealer.

Check the alarm connections (under the dash by the driver's left foot), recheck the ground strap and battery strength. It's probably something simple - they may want to re-flash or take the ECU out of a new MSP and give it to you.
