man, a brand new car and already your buying a block.
Y dont u try to make high hp with the stock block. I know rods are weak but if you have money to shell out for a new block, y not.
It's not "on order" per say, but its on the list though. I really don't want to take chances, right now it's my daily driver, I'm basically breaking it in and such. Right now like I said me and my friends from my shop are doing research on what others have done and worked or did not work, and coming up with ideas of what we should do to overcome these problems. Also like I had said I plan to do all custom here on out, I most likely won't keep VTA it was just a time being kind of deal. It's overcoming my ricer innerself at the moment, lol I am I firm believer everyone has a little ricer living in them, but that's beside the point. I want to make this car do what we all believe it will do. Basically I want this car to be on the map right there with the EVOs and STIs, there is no real reason why we can't have that kind of car. I bought this car because it is the underdog, and I love working on cars that not a whole lot of ppl look at, as far as performance mods atleast. That and I got a pretty sweet deal on my MazdaSpeed which was incentive enough. Another car I looked into was the Subaru Legacy Spec-B but I love the look of the Mazda over the Subaru and they weren't about to give me a good price.
