No. Cal. Time trails at Thunderhill Raceway

It's kinda short notice but...
If you live in No. Cali. you should bring your MP3 out to the time trails being held at Thunderhill Park in Willows, CA. This is essentially a road race(Thunderhill is a road racing track) but there is no passing as the starts are staggered and you run around the track is timed. Essentially you can open up the MP3 in a safe, controlled environment and really give the suspension a test. Here's a link for more info: http://www.thunderhill.com/December1516.html

Just head out way past sunrise past the tracks then hit the car youll find plenty of cars out there racing at about 120 or so thats late saturday or sunday night

That sounds so awesome. I want to race on a road course. That is like autocross at the next level. I wish I lived in california, I would be there.

559 I don't know if I'm really down with the illegal stuff. I'm kind of a chicken s*** when it comes to getting the cops attention. Besides, I know the wife would not be down for that. Plus, I have had some stupid races proposed to me by goofball kids out here! I had a kid with a Honda civic want to race my '95 Mustang GT for a tach! What a complete butthole! Against my better judgement, I went ahead and did it. We were out by Arco Arena. I smoked his ass SO BAD! My car was completely stock except for a K&N filter and he had all kinds of crap loaded into this thing. I think he might have even had nitrous! His buddies were totally clowning him when we finished! But hey, I got a tach out of the whole thing and I got to humiliate someone so that was fun! I'm just not much of a drag racer. That's why I got a car with great handling! If I wanted to drag I would buy another Mustang or something!
