I've had the boost guage for quite sometime now, over a year... My mods are Injen CAI, COBB TIP, 3" catless DP/RP, HKS 3" CBE, SU RMM, Denso ITV22's... I removed the mbc and I put the stock lines back to where there supposed to be, and now my boost is hitting above 20psi in 2nd gear and up...

Umm, it's your catless RP and DP and a CBE on top of that! ...the stock EBCS can't handle that without overboosting, due to the flow on the exhaust side overspinning the turbo. The MBC will help to keep your engine alive more than the stock controller will. It's pretty unlikely you'll get that under control without a tune of some kind.
