No Alarm in MS3?

I made a deal on a MS3 yesterday and going over paperwork they advised I did not place an alarm in the car for fear or damaging the electrical system and even possibly voiding the warranty if wires were cut. Is this true and if so is there any way around it?

Where did you end up getting it? Did they offer their "own" alarm?

yea i ended up getting 7700 on my rusty 02 P5. I have a little buyer's remorse but ended up dealing with star mazda in glendale. Got a black GT w/o any extras. Added a Lojack and Dingfree to the package and debating on the environmental protection thingamajob.

hmm.. so you didn't get the factory alarm? It can be installed with no wires cut, I did it on my P5. It's very plug and play.
