nissan doesn't even have a 4 cylinder maxima that i know of. i know they make 4cyl/6cyl altima's.

Hell of a sleeper. I never knew the Maxima's V6 could take that much abuse.

Edit: Actually now that I think about it, if memory serves correct the 3.0 that was in the Maxima was the same basic block and head design as the 300ZX of the time. So, I guess that it should come as no surprise the numbers they are pulling out with 10 psi.

yea maxima's do have a 4cyl. i was just wondering which engine it was. to me it kinda looks like the 4cyl. i could be wrong though. may i add that maxima's kick ass. i know i drive a protege5, but i'm a nissan fan by heart or should i say maxima. haha.

all i know is that now the maximas are equipped only with a 3.5L V6. There is the 3.5 SE and the 3.5 SL. Now I want to see someone do something like this to the 3.5 SE Altima

I know this guy. His maxima sounds much better in person! (confused) That is a 1995 Maxima SE 4th Generation. Stock goes for 195-bhp with 205-lbs. 4th Generation maxima engine with stock internals can handle upto 500 whp. So this guy is running it safe too. hehe. The whole turbo setup is custom. Also, this guy originally had an automatic tranny, but him and his friend did a tranny swap and took them about 49 hours or so to complete the whole project. I mean, half of the front was stripped. I had his website somewhere but cant find it.
