no i never raced in it.... but i sure did watch it when i could, i have some pictures and vids that i shot.... check out www.targanewfoundland.com

i cant wait until next year... there are guys from ALL around the world that race in it.

if you can get down next year it is worth it. any questions you have just let me know.

Same here, I saw some crazy wrecks last year and the drivers just hopped out like the they just backed into a mailbox or something. People are just standing outside their homes looking at cars going 80, 90+mph down the street like it's an everyday thing.

I have lived in Nfld. Worked there with the Canadian forces years ago...Loved it....not the weather though!

I'm from Newfoundland and had the oppurtunity to compete in Targa Nfld 2007 this year. Ran in the Grand Touring class in my stock mazda3. I've been posting in a local forum the story of our Targa adventure (with pictures) and will probably post it here a bit later.

i have a cosmo cai, but i took it off for the winter.. lol i seen you discussing that in another thread i think.. i got the axle back msp exhaust.. a set of speedy flat black 17 inch rims.. tokico blues shocks and struts.. and at the moment i am piecing together the msp turbo kit.. i have about %80 of the parts and i'm hopeing to have it done by the summer. How about you any mods?
