Newest JDM mods: Tails and antennae

just finished putting these in.

the tails are straight up from tokyo japan, my friend went for a summer class there. they were about $300 US with harness, without they would have been around $230.

sorry, i can't have him get more of these cuz he's back in the states now and he can't carry so many of these home.

the extra bulb is not a brake light like i reaad somewhere on here....all it does is light up the bottom when you turn your lights on.

i was going to do an how-to for this but it was way too easy....the hardest part was unplugging the stock lights.

here is something called a "roof antennae joint". it's basically a little L-joint wrapped in rubber tubing.

i know those stubby antennaes are popular nowdays but i like the longer ones



the antennae folds when it hits something instead of snapping and breaking like our stock ones...they are used in packed parking spaces.


don't worry, its safe on my ride. it's been epoxied in place so if someone jacks it in one piece they deserve it, lol.

bruce- in japan. you can order them from canadian dealers for $40-$50 so your best bet in finding them is through them.

Well, I went to the mazda dealer here in germany today and I was going to get the JDM Gauge Cluster from them, but it turns out it costs 527 euro....so I'm thinking close to $610 or so!!
So to anyone out there who gets this...damn you're rich!!!
