Hello all, as the title stats, Im new here to Mazda. I will be in the market for a new car the first part of next year and want to go in a new direction. I have looked for the last six mo. at allot of different cars and think I have decided on the MS3. I wanted a small quick and zippy car that will be fun to drive and not drink gas like a drunken sailor. A turbo was a must. After looking around and comparing price -vs- performance, the MS3 seemed like a no brainier.
Right now my daily driver is a Ford crew cab 4x4 Powerstroke Turbo Diesel. It is moderately modified and runs pretty well for a 7700 lb. beast. It has 220K miles on it, so I want to park it and use it for hauling.
As you see, Im used to driving a beast of a vehicle. Its fast, loud and can pull a house, but Im ready for something new. Ill be serious looking in January and will make my decision on a 2009 or 2010 depending on the deal i get.
So I will be poking around the forums reading and asking questions. Any insight and advice is welcome.
