newbie to a 01' protege mp3

sup every one i just bought a 2001 mazda protege mp3 as my DD. need some help with tailight and front right headlight shortage. i checked the fuses under my hood and saw two missing 15amp fuse for the front right headlight and the rear tailight. i tried to put a 15amp in the rear light slot, turn the switch and blew up. heres another trip with the front right light slot, it doesnt have connectivity for some reason( i put the fuse in and notice it was loose and i can pull it out with my fingure,easy). i tried my best to trace the wire from the front right headlight and notice ghetto cut/spiced wires. s**** giving me a headache so if theres any electrical guru here who can help me, i'd really appreciate i so much.

thats ok i had it fixed it was a couple wires under the dash and around the speaker wire touching each other. btw does anyone know a common site where i can shop for oem parts for my 01' mp3???
