newbie questions

Hi, We bought an 06 mazda 3 sadan and we have just bought a set of Centeline Vantage rims in an 18x7.5 42mm bs. We also bought 225/40-18 General Exclaim UHP from Tirerack. By what I've read I think this will fit but we going to get a different rim at first with 45mm bs but it all got complicated from there...
Should I be ok with this set up? The car is stock ride height.

you should be fine i am riding with a 42mm and am lowered.
