Width and offset determine if a wheel/tire combo rubs. Not the height (except if you go too high in the front, you'll hit the a-arm).

20's fit but I personaly wouldn't recomend it unless you have dipleated uranium rims to prevent those pothole issues.

Where can I get those exact rims though? What is the correct offset needed to fit them if he wants to get 18's?
