Just got a 02 protege5
Purchased Speed3 wheels without tires.
I didnt want to ask but I couldnt really find answer on the site.
What size tires can I put on without rubbing.
Was thinking 215/40/18 or 205/40/18 (lowered)
Or 215/45/18 without lowering. Anyone have a picture of that.
Or is it better to go 215/35/18 (lowered)
I have 2 kids, so I will be lugging around stuff thats why I want to make sure the wheels would fit without rubbing. I also want a nicer ride.
I noticed that when people list whats on their cars, they dont mention using a camber kit. Doesnt the Protege5 butterfly when you lower it? Im only asking cuz Im use to fixing up an integra and a benz. Those cars butterfly and a camber kit would fix it. Basically my question is, if I lower the car would I need you get a camber kit? And what size tire would I use for a nicer ride and no rubbing?
