keep in mind...im the newb...I would like it...if someone could explain(i know it prob isnt easy in writing) how to get a good start ina drag...and also i would like to know what the stock 0-60 is supposed to be on the Speed Protege...I'm tryin to find a way to beat my friend lol...to resize his bloated head...if it can be done...ill try it

0-60 for the MSP is 6.9 seconds.

the speed's 0-60 is like 7.1 i believe..stock quarter is like 15.3 or so..i'm not sure what the 3S puts up..I'm sure its not faster than the speed..Your best bet, consult Hiboost.com for a turbo kit.

This web site, http://www.modernracer.com/archives.html , as well as Car and Driver said the speed ran 0-60 in 6.9 and 1/4 mile in 15.4 seconds at 91 mph.

For the Mazda3 that same web site said 7.5 to 60 and 15.7 @ 89 for 1/4 mile while Car and Driver said 7.4 and 16 @ 87. Road and Track said 8.0 to 60 for the 3.

get a t3 turbo, but make sure you get the supporting mods to handle the power.
