New Z828 owner. Questions...

I just got my Z919 replaced with a Z828 (stolen) and I have a few questions.

1) Why is the TV function selectable and how do I disable this? I don't have any other componentry connected to the system.

2) Does it display ID3 Tags? if so, what version (1 or 2) and how do make them display. Do I have to specify anything when burning the CD?

I can answer these for you,

1) To turn off the Aux(TV) go to the menu button (hold down for a couple seconds, and this is the same place you adjust the clock, and etc.) Find the Built-In Aux, and it should say off. That's the best way to explain that.

2) It does display ID3 tags, don't know what version. They will display if you set the diplay to show them. That's set by going to the top right button (hold down for a second or so.) You can make the display show what you want, i.e. folder name, ID3 tag, date, etc...

Cool, I just got mine replaced by mazda yesterday and had to go through all these things again so I figured I could help you out considering I had to remember how to do mine! The reason I had to get it replaced was the graphics on the display where all wacky and I could barely read the time. It still played my cd's fine, just the graphics were terrible. I couldn't even tell what radio station it was on it was so bad. Anyway, glad you figured it out. Take it easy!
